Do you run advertising on member websites?
Currently all advertising is done on our backend or in error pages.
Do you provide access to sendmail or php_mail?
Yes, however we do run a number of filters on outgoing mail to prevent abuse.
What kinds of limitations exist on the service?
There are some PHP restrictions, file restrictions and other restrictions in place but we are constantly working to relax or eliminate those restrictions.
Why do you advise against using my Hotmail or other Microsoft e-mail address?
Microsoft services utilize a block list which silently drops e-mails regardless of the content, intent or otherwise, we have tried to change this through implementing SPF records and other methods to rectify this issue but to no avail. In order to ensure important e-mails are received such as password resets, account details and more, we strongly advise you do not use any Microsoft service e-mail in creating your hosting account.
My username isn't working to login to my account!
Please ensure that you are using two underscores in the username, cre8__123456 when signing into your website control panel, FTP account or filling in your MySQL information for web scripts.
